Same high quality as Stainless Steel assemblies but with replaceable copper gasket. Gasket should be annealed before installation or retightened after a few heat cycles. sold as an assembly (2, flanges, one copper gasket and one clamp).

The copper gasket is the only way to go. Welding vbands are tricky but with the copper gasket you have room for error.
Ordered some copper o-ring’d vbands, a wastegate stub. Everything was quality, the vbands look exactly like Ace Race branded vbands, and Monkey Fab’s orings fit those too!
Bought the 2.5" -3.0" flange Did not realize it was stepped the same, so I needed the copper gasket for sealing. works out as intended great service as usual and shipping was quick.
Been wanting to try one of these for a while and finally bought one. Was a perfect fit for a stock LS truck manifold.
