This is the VS Racing 80mm Billet Wheel, Journal Bearing turbo with G42 series turbine and both T4 and Dual v-band housing options, as well as standard or reverse rotation (mirror imaging) options. 

These, in a twin application, can get you over 1,500 wheel horsepower.
